Please can we ask you not to call before 11 am or after 8 pm in the evening (we are out walking the dogs). If the answer machine is on, please leave a message & a "landline" telephone number and we will call you back as soon as possible or send us an email!

We will endeavour to reply as quickly as possible! However, please bear in mind that we are often busy with our dogs & it may be that we are not always able to answer immediately. We receive a large number of enquiries and it can take a while to reply to each one individually!

Please ensure you have given us a valid email address to reply to. We regularly compose lengthy replies to emails we receive and once sent these "bounce" back to us, which can give the impression that we haven't bothered to reply.

We regret that we are unable to offer advice about other breeders puppies/dogs, please contact the breeder concerned as they are best placed to give advice about their own dogs & to offer support to the owner's of their puppies/dogs.
