Rosie is the most wonderful dog anyone could wish to own. I know that one shouldn't have favourites, but Rosie is so very special to me. I love her to bits! She is my "soul mate" and constant companion.

Rosie had a rough start to life and was hand reared and consequently she occupies a very special place in my heart. She is a sweet natured and beautiful girl. It's hard to believe that eleven plus years ago, the arrival of a little pup could change my entire life! Rosie is litter sister to Toby (Powerscourt Higher Echelon).

It was never my intention to have a litter from Rosie, however fate intervened and courtesy of our children, a 12 month old 'Romeo' going by the name of Archie (Riondel Venture to Powerscourt) took matters into his own hands and a delightful litter of five beautiful girl pups arrived in due course! We kept a little girl who we called Phoebe (Powerscourt Pure Magic).

Although Phoebe arrived by "magic" the chance meeting of Rosie and Archie proved fortuitous as she did well for me in the ring and went on to give me Lottie (P. Power Of Love JW) and Sophie (P. Pure Silk), two beautiful and typey girls with endearing personalities.

Rosie's Granddaughter Lottie (Powerscourt Power Of Love JW) made her show debut in 2004 has been a very successful show girl and provided us with some very happy and typical offspring. Sophie had a brief show career and was well placed and went on to give us the gift of Teddy (P. Mr Pointment).

Rosie is Great Grandmother to Minty, Buttons and Maggie and Great Great Grandmother to Juno!

Rosie is KC/BVA eye tested unaffected with CPRA/GPRA, she has also been OptiGen prcd-PRA and FN tested as genetically Normal/Clear, meaning she is statistically normal for prcd-PRA and FN and will never develop these diseases or be capable of passing them onto her offspring.
