Maddie had an adorable and fun loving nature. Maddie had a nice start to her show career gaining several lovely places and enjoyed many happy days out however, where shows were concerned she had to take a back seat to Archie!

In 2003 Maddie went on her holidays to Sweden. Maddie had a brief spell back in the show ring whilst staying in Sweden and was well placed. She was then mated to Int Ch SU(u)CH DKCH(u) FinCh LCh Est(VCH) Backhill's Garibaldi and returned home in March 2004 to have her babies. From this union we kept Tiggy (Powerscourt Paint Splash), a darling blue roan and tan girl who is a firm favourite at Powerscourt due to her charming ways and loyal and devoted personality.

Maddie is OptiGen tested prcd-PRA "Carrier" and OptiGen FN "Normal".

Maddie sadly left us (unexpectedly) in April 2010 at almost 9 years of age, she will be sorely missed. God Bless darling xx

Maddie's sweet and endearing ways live on in her daughters Purdie (Powerscourt Perdita) and Tiggy (P. Paint Splash) who like their mother are a joy.
